Those responsible for buildings are legally required to complete a fire risk assessment under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRO) legislation. At FirePrevent, we ensure compliance with the RRO by driving down risk and providing fire safety solutions based on what is reasonably practicable and cost effective.
We are qualified and experienced in technical fire risk assessments of all types ranging from small office buildings through to complex fire engineered high-rise residential buildings. We offer all types of fire risk assessment from basic non-intrusive assessments through to pre-occupation fire risk assessments and Type 4 fully intrusive assessments.

Fire Risk Assessments The Corn Exchange, Leeds
A Grade I listed shopping centre in Leeds city centre. We completed a fire risk assessment of all areas of the building to ensure that the atrium fire strategy was operating correctly under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
Fire Risk Assessments The Residence, York
A Grade II listed residential building, which was formerly the Terry’s Chocolate factory. We have completed a Type 1 fire risk assessment annually at the development for a number of years.
Fire Risk Assessments Merlin Wharf, Leicester
A purpose-built residential development of 384 private apartments. We have completed a Type 3 fire risk assessment annually at the development since it was constructed, including a pre-occupation fire risk assessment following Winvic completing construction in 2021.
